Reviews and Ratings
I appreciated the trendy interior and friendly staff at Malmaison Manchester. but my stay had its hiccups. The breakfast was a bit hit or miss. though I enjoyed the fresh fruit and homemade muesli. The cold eggs Benedict really didn’t hit the mark, and the promised discount for room issues never came through. Overall, it had potential but needs some polishing.
I had a pretty good time at Malmaison Manchester, but there were a few bumps along the way. The location is super convenient, just a hop from the train station and the city center. However, the room I stayed in had a bit of a tired feel to it, with some paint chips and an uncomfortable quilt. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but some menu items I wanted were unavailable. Overall, I'd consider going back, but maybe with lower expectations.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at Malmaison Manchester. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring my needs were met throughout my visit. However, I found some cleanliness issues in my room, particularly in the bathroom. Despite the excellent location and potential for a great experience, I couldn't shake off the feeling that the hotel could use some updates to match my expectations from previous stays in other Malmaison locations.
I had a fantastic stay at Malmaison Manchester. the staff were excellent, especially the receptionist who recommended so many local spots. My room was tastefully decorated in a 60's style, which I absolutely loved. though there were some cleanliness issues mentioned during my stay that keep me from giving a perfect score.
I had a lovely one-night stay at Malmaison Manchester in an executive room. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially Hannah at check-in, who ensured everything was perfect for us. However, the room was a bit compact and slightly noisy due to the traffic outside. Overall, it was a nice stay largely due to the quality of service and food.
